Regarding health goals, Colleen revealed how the Samsung Health app has helped her track and manage her nutritional intake. “With Samsung Health, I can record the calories or nutrition I have in each meal through my watch. This feature helps me closely monitor what I’ve eaten,” she said. “I think that Monitoring of nutritional intake makes it easier for people to track their meals without much hassle, especially for those who are extremely busy,” she added enthusiastically.

Good sleep is essential for health and well-being. Another favorite feature of Colleen’s, which surprises her with how beneficial it is, is the sleep tracking technology. Colleen doesn’t like to sacrifice her beauty sleep and consistently strives to get adequate rest. “My sleep quality is all over the place at times because of the sleep hours.
