Where each projected starting QB stands entering 2022 season

Although the summer months are long, we’re slowly inching closer to the return of college football and although eyes are always on the quarterback position, that’ll be even more prevalent this season in the Pac-12. With that being considered, we took the time to rank each projected starting quarterback in the conference heading into the 2022 season.

While the transfer portal boosted USC and Oregon’s preseason expectations, Utah and UCLA are backed by returning starters – making returning starters and incoming transfers the story of the Pac-12 offseason. Outside of the four teams seen as contenders to win the conference, pretty much every team improved at the quarterback position outside of Arizona State who lost Jayden Daniels but still was able to bring in Emory Jones, whom we project will be the starter.

Time will tell just how will these rankings hold up as some players will rise above expectations while others will fall short.
