Pictures from the Tigers’ 7th loss in a row

Things just keep getting worse for LSU basketball.

The Tigers fell to 12-8 (1-7 SEC) in coach Matt McMahon’s first season with Tuesday night’s 60-40 loss at Arkansas — which they defeated in the league opener, their only win in SEC play to this point.

LSU fell into an early hole and looked like it was headed for a nasty blowout as it trailed 38-14 at the half. Things picked up a bit in the second and the Tigers made things interesting for a while, outscoring the Razorbacks in the No. 2 half and cutting the lead to 11 at multiple points.

But LSU never got within single digits in the second half as Arkansas cruised to a home victory in its revenge game. Next up for the Tigers is a matchup against Texas Tech in the SEC/Big 12 Challenge as they return to the PMAC on Saturday.

Here were the pictures from Tuesday night’s loss.
