Danica Patrick took to social media with some personal news Wednesday night and revealed what she’s been going through.
“I’ve been home all January, hence the lack of IG content. Which means I’ve been working out, eating at home, recording some podcasts, walking the dogs, watching football, playing golf and taking care of my body and mind. I asked for this month off months ago. No particular reason other than it’s smart to have some downtime,” she wrote.
Patrick added: “For the first time in years my body is actually giving me positive feedback. Damn, it’s been a long road. But really, the lesson is, less is more. Thanks to @mhfitnesstraining for the workout and food protocol. Damn you was right. 🤣”
Patrick has been very open on social media and has even dipped his toes into the modeling world.

“Boys really seem to hate it when women are smarter, more athletic, successful and prettier than they are. It must be awful to be so insecure. There is help out there for you guys, try it…” one fan wrote. .

Over the years, Patrick has also shown his model physique on social media.
