Kenseth’s time was the fastest of a NASCAR driver in the Boston Marathon. He beat 43-year-old Johnson’s time of 3:09:07 and Patrick’s time of 4:01:21.

Kenseth, who now has the right to brag, joked about losing to the 7-time NASCAR Cup Series champion- “Yes, he’s younger.”
