Ignition Update 1.51 Out for Next-gen Upgrades This June 23rd

Motorsport Games has released NASCAR 21: Ignition update 1.51 today for all platforms to deploy next gen upgrades. Some other minor bug fixes have also been implemented. See the full NASCAR 21: Ignition June 23 patch notes posted below.

NEXT GEN UPGRADE FOR XBOX SERIES X | S AND PLAYSTATION 5

  • 4K resolution at 30 FPS for Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5
  • 4k upscaling to 30 FPS for Xbox Series S
  • Online cross-generation console gameplay
  • Save imports from previous console generations
  • Support for PlayStation 5 activities

CARS AND SCHEMES

  • Fixed an issue for Career Mode where players would get out from under their car
  • Fixed an issue where the anti-lock brake system was stuck
  • Fixed an issue where the light of the sponsored logo was too reflective on vehicles while on the track

TRACKS

  • Fixed a lighting issue on some of the race tracks at night

PIT STOPS

  • Fixed an issue where high aids caused difficulties while pitching on certain tracks

AI

  • Fixed an issue where the AI ​​broke off the apron and cut corners at Homestead
  • Fixed an issue where the AI ​​controlled a user’s car when passing next to the pit stop entrance

UI

  • Fixed an issue that showed various statistics incorrectly for stages in the standings menu
  • Fixed an issue where quickly selecting options from the Garage Pause Menu would trigger a softlock
  • Fixed an issue that would cause the title to crash while idle on the COTA Race Results screen after unlocking the “Road Course Ringer” and “Winner” trophies
