Welcome to the Jalopnik Weekend Motorsports Roundup, where we let you know what’s happening in the world of racing, how to watch NASCAR, IndyCar, and IMSA racing this weekend, and where you can talk about it, all in one convenient place. Where else would you like to spend the weekend?

Europeans are on vacation, which means it’s time for us Americans to shine. Luckily, we’ve got a pretty decent lineup going on this weekend, with IndyCar taking to the streets of Nashville, NASCAR heading to Michigan, and IMSA heading to Road America in Wisconsin.

i wish i could go all of these races, but I chose my challenger: Nashville. I wanted to go to Nashville last year, and I finally made it happen. If you’ll be attending the race too, let me know — I’d love to stop by and say hi!
